  1. That fukin illegal nobody should care about that P.O.S
    Sue that shitty place
    Don't let'm off easy

  2. As an employee of a very large coffee shop, I have something to say.
As employees we have it battered into our heads that the drive thru needs to maintain a 45 second stop per vehicle. One, YES just one car can set back everything for everyone ALL DAY.
I understand the disabled want equality. But if you can walk, why not go inside? Or, place your order and go back around.
I know I’m going to get shit for this. And I am sorry. But, corporate only cares about numbers. In my situation, you will ruin the day of about 15 people because your too lazy to get out of your car

  3. The employee should be fired. But how was he to know she was deaf when she first went to the drive through speaker ?

  4. I am disabled. She should have went inside with a pen and paper and placed her order. Even though she is disabled she was wrong. Have some common sense. You have been deaf for awhile. Using sign language is ridiculous. What if the window employee was disabled? Being hard of hearing does not excuse ypu for being in the wrong.

  5. Disgusting behaviour should be sacked but why isn't there just buttons you can press to order numbered buttons for each menu item

  6. Son of bitch no work for you ever former idiot employee, you might do that in your f…g retarded backhome, f…k your douchebag culture.

  7. Although the lame employee deserved to be fired, this woman has no business using the drive-thru, and should have gone inside to place her order. But of course she thinks she is entitled, like all dumbass people!

  8. If you stay in the drive through at a jack in the box for 2 hours and you haven’t gotten food for ANY reason, deaf or not, you’re dumb af! Sorry, something about this doesn’t seem right.
This by the way just happens to happen a few days after a deaf lady in Oklahoma announced she was suing Burger King.

  9. Why not just go inside and order where they can understand your handicap? Because you can play this out at the drive-thru and be a victim. It's a sad reflection of today's victim hood /snowflake generation. Everyday's an opportunity to be a victim. Or not.

  10. Some people when confronted react by escalating instead of de escalating IE (If your going to treat me like a asshole im going to be a bigger asshole mentality) at that point he did not care about anything else. Working at a drive thru at night sucks! Most deaf people are really cool just remember that everybody has a Video camera now.

  11. She’s “deaf” but can hear well enough to yell back & forth with this poor guy 😒

  12. if i were working there i would say "you know what dude take a breather i will take it from here" comes to window "hello welcome to such and such" can i take your order with huge smile

  13. Her English is actually more audible than a lot of people who can hear. Funny how that works.

  14. Employee was very wrong but she had a person in the passenger seat he even tells the jack in the box employee she is deaf. Why did he not order for her? The video is longer and the person in the passenger is the one recording.

  15. Let me start by saying, I don't agree with how the Jack In The Box employee handled the situation at all. But…if her son that was recording isn't deaf and/or mute, why didn't he just place the order for her to begin with? He stated himself that this is a common problem. He must have already been through this and prepared to deal with or has dealt with this before. I mean, can't be the first time he's been through a drive-thru with her. So, to me, there could possibly be something fishy going on here. He had the wherewithal to record, but not the wherewithal to place the order for her? Almost like they wanted confrontation. And now she is planning to sue, of course. BTW, I'm speculating. I don't know them and I wasn't there to witness the entire situation from the beginning to the end. So…I could be completely off-base.

  16. ADVICE: If you get into a dispute with someone who handles your food, just LEAVE! You do not know what they will do to your food out of anger and stupidity. Yes, report the person, but don't let them serve you. You never know, they might include 'special sauce' that isn't on the menu.

  17. Many lack neurons… how hard could it be to provide excellent customer service. Especially for handicap citizens which must be respected so they can have a good buying experience.

  18. Dude our McDonald's here in Texas has that written on their order sign. If you have trouble or need assistance in ordering please drive up to the Order windows. In English and Spanish. I have seen deaf people ordering without issues. One store actually has a pad they give them to assist in ordering. Why is that so hard for Jack on the box to do the same?

  19. i think it was a set up she knew she had a law suit from the start her passenger recordeing could have orderd he could speak and how ironic he was recording the whole thing if i was that employee i would sue and on grounds that they carls junior didnt teach me sign laguange before getting hired fuck that countersuite buddy she was deaf but not stupid she saw the bling bling $$$$$$$

  20. and i want to see this fuckin lady when she wins this law suite donate everything 100% not 60 not 50 not 70 but 100% to a deaf school id love to see what she does with the money

  21. Where's the rest of the video. Something seems off like with the Chipotle video where those assholes have done multiple dine and dashes.

  22. Whatever the cause, as an employee you need to sit there and smile no matter what, it's called, "customer service ". Glad he got canned

  23. Heads up, people better get their shit together

    Im angry
    Im out of tolerance
    im out of patience
    Gonna kill a motherfucka soon.

Dont let me see shit like this in person. Dont let it happen.

  24. I worked at drive thru before….I would not yell at a deaf person for going to the window instead of the speaker. What an asshole…

  25. Why didn't she just go inside and order in the first place instead of holding up the drive thru for two hours? I smell a law suit! The employee was no doubt rude and yes was fired as he or she should be, but possibly if she had gone inside she would have had much better service and not have been treated so badly? Again we are only seeing what went viral and don't know the whole story, so I think it all could have been prevented if she had just gone inside and maybe if that would have not gone so well either she could have held the counter up for two hours!?? Who knows?

  26. His dumbass could've took her order and gave her the food in the time it took for all that bullsh!t. Small 3rd world creature fighting a stupid battle…wrong country and culture haji

  27. If she was deaf since birth, how could she hear words to know how they’re pronounced? She speaks very well for someone who’s never heard sound.
