How to Deal with Insurance Adjusters (After a Car Accident)

Listen to this, Insurance adjusters are experts trained to save the insurance company money. Insurance adjusters are trained to talk you out of hiring a lawyer to save the insurance company money. Insurance companies don’t want you to know your legal rights. When you have to talk to them, never give a recorded statement without a lawyer’s help. If they start asking you to give them all kinds of records and information not relevant to your claim, tell them you want to stop talking and that you are going to hire an attorney. Don’t let them intimidate you in any way. If you are not sure about your rights, just say, I am going to call Matt Powell and learn about my rights before we go any further. Then call me or check out my web site to learn your rights. It is a free consultation, and will make you feel better about your claim.
