  1. Crazy. Yale Law debt–>>lawyer–>>then quit to become professional YouTuber. Insane!! Does that mean you've severed all ties to plug back into big law?

  2. Huge congratulations!! How exciting! I wish you continued success in your business and as an entrepreneur. I’m a mental health therapist transitioning from a community agency to private practice (I’m currently doing both). Depending on how quickly my private practice grows I’m hoping to transition there full time in the next year, so watching this video got me all sorts of excited for my own journey 😊

  3. Congratulations!! It's so good to see your hard work payoff! Your channel has been really inspiring to me. Thank you!!😄😄

  20. I am saddened that as a woman of color you gave up your position as an attorney, but I know you will still be an attorney as you will always have your license; you'll just be a non-practicing attorney. I wish you the best!!!! P.S. I am still in love with your communication skills; you are one of few YouTubers that actually can interpret messages across a multitude of people. 🙂

  21. Omg! The End just made me ball my eyes out. I'm so happy for you ma'am … I need you as my mentor

  22. I remember my last date working in DC as an employee. I found out I had 1 or 2 days of sick leave, so of course, I made my last day end 1 or 2 days earlier. It’s an amazing feeling to not have to deal with that commute and the stress. I’m so happy for you! This just lit a fire under me to go harder.

  23. I crieddddd!!! Congrats to you girl! I love every bit of this and Joseph you are truly amazing and supportive. May you both continue to thrive!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾💃🏽🕺🏼💯

  25. It’s so crazy! My last day of work was August 16th too! I am now Self Employed too! It is a very STRANGE feeling not waking up to go to work on Monday Morning. I am on day 3 today of not going to a “job”. IT IS SO WEIRD, BUT AMAZING!!!!!! I Can’t wait to start this journey of being out on my own.

  26. Congratulations on this brave transition. Timing is everything and that gut feeling never lies when it's time for a new season. All the best to you and the family.

  36. Dumb question: is being a lawyer that bad (asking for a friend), but seriously though, I really want to be a attorney but I’m really afraid that I’m not going to enjoy it or I’m not going to find it as fun (by the way I heard you have to read a lot, I mean I don’t mind reading and writing (I love writing) but only when the material is really interesting to me. & any advice ?

  37. You can always sense when two people are compatible and are well grounded.
