Unshaken Courage – A September 11th Tribute | Part 1

Plane has crashed right
into the world trade center. What we have been fearing for the longest
time here apparently has come to pass on that morning, September 11. I
live in Staten Island. Got dressed, came to New York, which I do every
single day. And as I got to New York, I was with my wife and I told my wife, look at that plane is flying low. The game was be getting a heart
attack and it was my expression. She said to me, he ain’t
getting a heart attack. We getting bombed and showing
up. She was right. We got bombed. The plane went into, into the
world trade center. At that time, a moment we just drove to cafe Palermo
as a building was coming down and all the Ash was all over the people and came
in. Filled the place right up shaking, I gave everything away for nothing and
I didn’t charge nobody after 24 hours, most of them were gone. Wall street was like Vietnam
was a combat station. Guys in fatigues with
machine guns and a tanks. I’m on Mulberry street. And uh, we closed off for a couple of days
because of the soot and dust cleanup. And uh, after that we had no customers.
For four months we were dead. There was nobody in here for four
months, but we’re still United here. We’ve got to love one another.
We got to stick together.

  4. This video made me cry but it's just sad how people that were there in the next to the twin towers lost their loved ones outside getting some help and it's just crazy and it's just emotional

  5. Great video! Very interesting insight into the unknown heroes of September 11th. May it never be forgotten because it represents America's unity and strength in times of tragedy. Let it be a beacon of future inspiration for generations to come.
